FORGEDINFIREfeaturesworld-classbladesmithscompetingagainsteachothertocreatesomeofthemosticonicedgedweaponsfromhistory.Ineachepisode,fourofthebestbladesmithsinthecountrywillcometogethertoputboththeirskillsandreputationsontheline.WhethertheyaremakingaJapanesekatana,amedievalbroadsword,oranancientthrowingbladelikethechakram,theweaponstheyforgewillbefullyfunctionalandlethalworksofartandwar.Theuniquehistoriescontainedwithineachweaponwillbecreativelytoldduringtheforgingprocessandthefinalweaponsthemselveswillbeassessedandruthlesslytestedbyourpanelofexpertjudges.Thesedynamicandexplosivetestswillbeindividuallydesignedtopushtheweaponstotheirabsolutelimit.Onebyone,thebladesmithswillbeeliminateduntilonlyoneremainstobecrownedthechampion.
